🛒 1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 working days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time:
Delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location in India.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499. For orders below that, a nominal shipping charge of ₹59 is applied.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

🔁 2. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items worn or damaged after delivery

Exchanges:
We allow size or product exchanges (if stock is available). Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

🛠️ 3. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing and won’t be able to cancel.

We value your privacy. All your personal information (name, address, contact) is used only to process and deliver your order. We never sell, share, or misuse your data.

Payment security:
Our store uses trusted payment gateways (Razorpay/Shopify Payments) with full encryption.
